Welcome to the Ramana Myra project website ("Website") operated by Sai Nandan Group ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Website and any interactions regarding the Ramana Myra residential project. 1. Project Information

• All images, illustrations, plans, specifications and details mentioned in marketing materials are conceptual representations only.
• The final product may vary in design, specifications and amenities as per regulatory approvals and technical requirements.

2. Property Booking

• Bookings are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Sai Nandan Group.
• A non-refundable booking amount must be paid to reserve a unit.
• Allotment will be confirmed only after complete documentation and payment as per schedule.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the payment plan provided at the time of booking.
• Delays in payment beyond the grace period may attract interest charges @18% p.a.
• The company reserves the right to cancel allotment for default in payments.

4. Possession & Completion

• Possession timelines are estimates only and subject to force majeure events.
• Occupancy Certificate will be provided as per regulatory requirements.
• Final area measurement will be as per RERA carpet area definition.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content including designs, layouts, logos and project names are proprietary property of Sai Nandan Group.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Sai Nandan Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• All information is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or accuracy.
• Technical descriptions are subject to change as per construction requirements.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

8. Communications

By submitting inquiry forms, you consent to receive communications via:

• Emails regarding project updates and offers
• WhatsApp messages from authorized representatives

9. Modifications
